Out West is built differently because it wasn’t created as a traditional event company, it was built from real community experience and a desire to make events more accessible.
We focus on keeping events affordable, welcoming, and community-first, with an emphasis on supporting small businesses, independent creators, and local talent. Many of our events are free to attend, and vendor costs are intentionally kept low so that participation isn’t limited to only large or established businesses.
What truly sets Out West apart is the mindset behind it: every event is designed to feel like a shared experience, not just a marketplace or convention. We prioritize connection, creativity, and accessibility so that families, fans, and first-time attendees feel just as included as long-time creators and professionals.
At its core, Out West exists to build experiences where communities can grow together, not just attend an event, but be part of something that lasts.

Out West keeps pricing simple, transparent, and intentionally accessible.
For attendees, many of our events are completely free to enter, because we believe cost should never be a barrier to community experiences.
For vendors and creators, pricing is kept as low as possible to support small businesses and independent artists:
Creator / Independent Artist spaces are typically lower-cost
Resale vendor spaces are slightly higher to reflect inventory-based setups
Exact pricing varies by event, but our approach is always the same: keep participation affordable while still ensuring the event can be professionally run, well-organized, and high quality.
We’re not built on exclusivity, we’re built on accessibility, sustainability, and making sure both attendees and vendors can realistically be part of the experience.

Working with Out West feels collaborative, fast-moving, and community-driven from the very beginning.
We don’t operate like a traditional corporate event company, instead, we work closely with vendors, creators, sponsors, and partners to build events together. Communication is direct, expectations are clear, and we focus heavily on making sure everyone involved feels supported and prepared.
For vendors and creators, the experience is intentionally accessible and low-pressure. Our goal is to remove unnecessary barriers while still maintaining organized, well-run events. We value small businesses and independent creators, so we aim to make participation feel realistic, not overwhelming.
For partners and sponsors, we focus on alignment and shared vision. We want collaborations to feel meaningful, not transactional, and we put effort into making sure every partnership contributes to the community experience.
Overall, working with Out West feels like being part of a growing creative ecosystem where ideas move quickly, people are heard, and everything is built around one goal: creating memorable, community-first events.
